Returns are possible for all full price items. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return. Please be aware that costs of duties and taxes are non–refundable.

SAN CALPA reserves the right to not accept any return or merchandise that does not meet the below requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.

We do not accept returns on Wallets (Men’s and/or Women’s Wallets) and other small Accessories.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return please ensure all the following points are in check:

  1. The product should be unused and in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks, or anything SAN CALPA reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and thus sent back to the customer.
  2. The product should be returned with all SAN CALPA tags attached and all original packaging included.
  3. All returns of online orders must be returned within 10 days of receipt of order for both domestic and international orders.

Note: The cost of returning the product to SAN CALPA will be borne by the customer. If products are purchased from affiliate portals, please adhere to the returns/exchange policy of the respective portal from where the purchase was made.

How To Return Your Purchase

SAN CALPA packages will not be shipped with any paper invoices or pre-paid return slips. Instead, we ask you to first contact us at directly. We will then provide you with further information. Kindly, do not ship the products without contacting as this will not initiate the return process.

The cost of returning the product to SAN CALPA for both domestic and international orders will be borne by the customer.

Please note that it is important to ship all packages using standard shipping and trusted shipping carriers. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number. Customs or any additional charges for returning internationally shipped product will not be covered by SAN CALPA and any charges due to be payable by the customer if incurred by SAN CALPA will be subtracted from any refund due


We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund (following our returns policy stated above) and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.


Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account.

All refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. The amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid, due to forex/bank conversions and commissions.

Once the package has been returned to us and then confirmed so by SAN CALPA to the customer, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding INDIAN public holidays.Upon completion of the refund process you will receive an email (provided at check out) confirming so. Your financial institution may require additional processing time to refund the credit due to your account.

Please keep your shipping note until you have received your refund.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email ( Once accepted, the payment will be refunded into your account which may take up to 10 business days. Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing/shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Additionally, we may not change the order once the product has already been shipped.
