SAN CALPA merchandise are packed carefully in our custom packaging and shipped from our warehouse in India.
We offer free shipping on all domestic & international orders.

General Shipping Conditions

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the customer placing the order. The customer must agree to provide authenticate, accurate and complete information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. SAN CALPA reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), SAN CALPA has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services at this website without prior intimation whatsoever.

Delivery of orders would be done address specific and not person specific. SAN CALPA endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product (below). In no manner can the contract be repudiated if SAN CALPA fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame.

Duties And Taxes For International Shipping (Outside India)

All orders shipped outside India will be subject to Duties and Taxes upon receipt.Please note that any duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through SAN CALPA. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for the payment of import duties and clearance taxes once the shipment has arrived at the destination country. Refusal to pay the imposed tax/duty OR if the product is returned due to absence of recipient, will result in a return shipping fee that will be deducted from the original payment,along with any duties and taxes incurred.

Tracking Your Delivery

A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic orders (PAN INDIA) are shipped via our logistics partner, Shree Maruti Courier Pvt. Ltd. You can track your delivery by clicking here.

International orders (outside INDIA) are shipped via our logistics partner, DHL Express. You track your delivery by clicking here.

Estimated Delivery Time

All Orders placed will be shipped out within 3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or Indian public holidays.

Domestic Shipping: 3-4 business Days

International Shipping: 5-9 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping and not from the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order by SAN CALPA. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

Missing Or Damaged Products

In case of a missing product please use the tracking number provided by us in the order shipped confirmation email. If the tracking number/ the link do not help in clearing the status of the shipped product kindly write to us on wecare@sancalpa.co. in at the earliest.

For damaged products write to us within 3 days from the date of receipt, for both domestic and international products at wecare@sancalpa.co.in

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded any duties/taxes incurred. Refused order will also bear a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your initial order. We strongly urge you to carefully review your order prior to shipment.
